In 1970 Phyllis Snow founded Snow & Associates Real Estate in Davis, CA. She started the company with the dream of bettering both her family and her community through dedication to her craft and service. Over the years she built her business and became a top performing agent in the greater Sacramento area. Through her 35-year career, she left a long-lasting impact on Davis, real estate, and the community.

In 1998 Chris Snow, Phyllis' son, joined Phyllis in real estate with a wealth of experience from custom construction and residential building. His knowledge regarding construction and his deep connections with highly skilled, local contractors perfectly compliment and are an enormous asset in his efforts to exceptionally serve his real estate clients.

In 2019 Geoffrey Snow, Chris' son, joined Snow & Associates as a third-generation realtor after graduating from UC Berkeley and a career at The Boeing Company where he wrote contracts for financing, leasing and sales of commercial aircraft. His attention to detail and extensive background in negotiations, contract writing, and contract management makes him a great addition to the Snow & Associates team.

Today, Chris and Geoffrey continue to build on what Phyllis started all those years ago.
